SHIPPING

  • It is our desire for you to receive your purchases as quickly, safely, and affordable as possible.  We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by Priority Mail. All packages are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

  • Shipping rates begin at $5 for the first 1 lb. (ex. wooden coasters) and will increase based on the total combined weight of your purchase. Tracking information will be given upon order fulfillment. Once package is shipped any tracking can be done through USPS tracking services.  All orders include free tracking and $50 of insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International shipping is done on a country by country basis. Shipping fees will be calculated after purchase and emailed as a separate invoice to you for payment. Customer is responsible for any customs, import, or tax fees.

LOCAL PICKUP

  • Local pickup is available during the checkout process. We will contact you once order is fulfilled to schedule pickup time. 

DAMAGED GOODS

  • Any damage due to mishandling during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Please contact us at mark@myermade.com with order number and a photo of contents damaged so we may begin the refund process.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • All sales are final. No returns are accepted. Cancellations must be made before shipping confirmation for full refund. Refunds also available on damaged pieces as stated above.
